O'Neill Art strictly offers physical artwork and physical prints. We do not offer or sell digital copies, downloads, or digital licenses of our art.
Purchasing a physical piece of artwork or print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer.

2. Order Eligibility & Verification

By placing an order, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
When checking out, you must provide accurate, current, and complete shipping and contact details. As stated in our Shipping Policy, we are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect addresses.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion (e.g., due to stock limitations, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity).

Custom commissions or personalised artworks are strictly exempt from standard returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged in transit.
