Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with O'Neill art. This policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Orders placed before 12:00 on a business day will be eligible for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on bank holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges: Shipping fees for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time:
- Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days
- Express / Next-Day Shipping: 1–2 business days (if ordered before [12:00 PM)

3. International Shipping

We do not ship internationally as standard however if you are interested in items please contact me via the contact form.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number from our chosen carrier.
Please allow 24 for the tracking portal to activate and update.

5. Missing, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

Delayed packages: If your package does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, please allow an extra 3 business days before reaching out. If tracking has not updated for 5 days, contact us.
Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately with photos of the damage so we can file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund.
Lost or stolen packages: O'Neill Art is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier or lost due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
