Shipping Policy

Sinead O'Neill art is a small business run entirely by Sinead so timescales can vary depending how busy it is. Please contact me (Sinead) if you need items in a hurry and I will try to accommodate. 

I aim to post all items within 2 days of ordering although some items may need to be printed so may take longer. I will try and let you know if this is the case.

Standard second class delivery will be used in most cases although for larger or more expensive goods special delivery may be used instead.

 

Additional Info:

Please ensure someone is home to accept your delivery. We will not be held responsible for loss or missing items that have been marked as delivered by the courier.

Deliveries will be made by the Courier to the address entered in your order.

If we are not able to deliver your goods within 30 days of the date of your order, we shall notify you by e-mail to arrange another date for delivery.

Goods may be delivered in instalments if the goods are not available at the same time for delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

Goods returned 

Because you are buying the Goods by mail order, you may have a right of cancellation. If you do, (and only if you do), these are the terms which apply:

You must tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days of your receipt of the Goods;

In any event, you may not cancel orders for food or other perishable Goods, nor for handmade, specially commissioned or personalised goods;

The Goods must be returned to us within 21 days of your telling us you wish to cancel:

  • with both goods and all packaging in their original condition;

  • securely wrapped;

  • at your risk and cost.
